Shortly after the pipes (PNG connection) are installed for gas usage by Adani Gas, I have received back to back two hefty bills with fake unit consumption. I paid first bill assuming they are legit and company might have charged for something. But it was shocking to receive another bill with gas consumption details whereas gas pipeline hasn't been activated so far in our area.
Upon checking with customer care, they said bill is generated based on gas consumption and later I raised complaint with the company stating the current scenario.
It seems clear and plain cheating to many working class people who are innocently putting faith in such a huge company.
Expected Resolution:
1. Refund of first bill payment i.e., Rs. 1334 (This bill and its payment is mentioned in the attached second bill). Please find the details in the attached screenshots about customer ID, address, billing, meter reading (fake) etc.
2. Second generated bill to be nullify to zero as it is false.
3.Also, please make sure these fraud bills aren't generated and it should be stopped here. I have double checked with my neighbours and all are receiving these bills. Please investigate at ground level and check what is going on. If it continues, I am sure everyone will step back from getting started with ADANI GAS. It's a bad repo in the very start of customer acquisition.
