I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the original certificate I submitted to Adarsh College of Engineering, Chebrolu, Gollaprolu M, 533449, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, Contact: [protected],[protected] / 66, [protected], Email: [protected]@gmail.com. My name is Rama Kishore, and I enrolled in the college under a fee reimbursement seat through ECET for the ECE branch in 2016.
Unfortunately, due to personal reasons, I had to discontinue my studies and leave the college in 2018. Since then, I have been in continuous communication with the college regarding the return of my original certificate. However, I was informed that the college only received fee reimbursement for two years, and for the final year, they did not receive reimbursement as I left the college.
The college administration has stated that in order to obtain my original certificate, I must pay the outstanding fee for the final year. I believe this is unfair as the circumstances leading to my departure were beyond my control. As per the Student Education Act, I am not required to pay any fee to the college.
I kindly request that Adarsh College of Engineering reconsider their stance on this matter and facilitate the return of my original certificate without requiring payment for the final year's fee.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this issue and look forward to a resolution soon.
