I visited Adayar Anandha Bhavan, Pondy Bazaar branch on Sunday, 25 July 2016 @ 10:00 am. Since items that I asked for my family (along with children) like poori, kitchadi, pongal was not available I asked the branch manager ??? (a man in safari) why the items that I asked are not available @10:00 am itself, the way he responded to me (a customer of AAB for more than 10+ years) was pathetic and condemnable. His behaviour has made me completely lose my respect that I had for AAB. I am totally unhappy the way they behave to customers. I am not sure if they are section managers or bouncers. I do not know if the AAB owners and top management would like their staff behave like this in an unrespectful manner to customers. I will never visit AAB again in my life. If AAB top management is really interested in customer satisfaction, I request them to educate their staff (particularly those bouncers in safari) how to behave to customers.Thanks a lot !!!
