I ordered aircooler at addmekart on 04.08.23 by paying 7495 rs and they did not deliver, i cancelled order on 12.08.23 they replied will refund the amount, since 13 days they did not refund the amount, kindly help me to get the refund

Updated by Mukunda bachody Addmekart online website is not refunding the paid up amount, nor attending calls, their customer care number[protected] not attending calls. i got mental agony after i came to know from addmekart customers review that this a fraud company which shows low rates in website and once customer pays money will cheat customer
