Dear Sir/ Madam, Adel Landmarks limited (formerly known as Era Landmarks limited) had advertised for sale of plots in newspaper in year 2011. Era Landmarks organized camps at their housing project site at Sector 8 Palwal with the financial institutions like LIC HFL and DHFL to facilitate the sale of their project. Era landmarks limited also issued permission to mortgage clearly stating that the property is free from all incumbencies and freely marketable. By mortgaging the sector 8 Palwal project in favour of IFCI, the property is mortgaged twice. As per the agreement dated 04.02.2012, Era landmarks limited was to give the possession Within thirty months (by 04.08.2014 ) . Era landmarks limited has already collected nearly 95% of the payment in most cases and only 5% payment is pending which is to be given at the time of possession. Era landmarks Limited has issued letter to some of the allottees in Sept 2014 to have access to their allotted units for fit outs. We now learnt from site that IFCI has put up a Public Notice on 28.11.2014 stating that Era landmarks limited had taken loan from IFCI and the Project Era Green World is mortgaged with them. In the event of default of the payment from Era Landmarks Limited, IFCI has taken possession of the Project This news was also covered in one of the Hindi Daily dated 30.11.2014. We have evidence for all the above mention points and can be submitted on demand. We request you to pls help us in resolving this issue and save our investment.
