I made a purchase from more megastore near signasandra on oct 14 2017. I can see that you are charging more than mrp printed on the pack of brown eggs. Mrp on box is just rs 51 where you charged me rs 55. I am attaching photos of bill and product for your reference.
I am suspecting this as a foul play and fraud activity carried out in out of mega store. Most of times customers like me won't cross check the bill, it's advantages for the 'more' to do this. Like this, from how many customers you would have take extra money?
Maximum retail price or mrp is the highest price at which the product can be sold in india. This includes the cost of production, transportation, middlemen profit and also all applicable taxes. Selling more than mrp is illegal in india and i am raising a complaint to legal metrology department and consumerhelpline.gov.in
