Dear Sir/Madam,
Myself Pournima Sarfare writing this letter to inform you about fraud transaction occurred through my Jankalyan bank ( Sakinaka Branch) Saving account. Account No. 9719.
I called on mobile number is [protected] ( Mr. Bhushankumar Roy, Service No. 573720 ) for doing inquiry of my new Debit Card, which Cell no. I was found on Google as I am not getting Bank Landline No., The Person asked information about my debit card details, i.e. CVV & OTP . after sharing these details Rs. 5000 was debited from my account. after that I realized that there was fraud happened with me.
I have launched Complaint with Vanrai Police Station, Goregaon, the copy of the same attached here for your reference.
My Debit Card details is as mentioned below,
