On december 12 i won 200rupees and according to their wallet maximum 100 rupees and one transaction is allowed/one day
I transfered 100 on 14th december which was in pending list and on 15th december i made another transfer request of 100rupees but this time they cut my balance and it was not showing in pending list nor ni adof wallet, not in paytm
I contacted customer care but they did not solve my problem.they asked my email, contact number and name twice but did not solve problem
And now they blocked me and saying that i used fraud way to update score
I contacted again and they tells please play every level and give us the screenshot as a proof of playing and i did the same ftom fisrt level to 270 level but two days passed they are not replying me now
