My father brought a computer in 2007 on loan basis at that time im 14 years old and now one advocate from chennai is calling me and saying that i am second witness after my father and they filed a complaint on me and they are asking me to pay 39000 before fir files in court or otherwise i have to pay 80000 after court has decided something.As i am minor that time how can i be a witness and i am very much scared because he is calling me for the issue.
