Affected Nationally — driving school operating cheating the public

Please could the consumer protect the vunerable public requiring a valid learners and drivers licence. There are driving schools operating charging the public up to r10 000.00 for code 10 and code 14 r15 000.00 even more but do not deliver as mandated. The public get robbed by these bogus operators who change addresses and names. This is national problem reported inline with corruption but dot aware but allow them at the dltc.
