Afraz — rotten fruits and extra weight are not justifying found less at my end

Dear concern,
Today we had received rotten peach. Even with bad smell. Only 250 grams were ordered there was two pieces only. It seems some has done it purposely. Problem is that you bigger will never turned up each tym i had reported u just credited back the amount. It’s not matter of money, it’s a question that how h can deliver rotten fruits, is there any quality check at your end before packing it. Absolutely no!!!
Day by day you hughes are downgrading yourself. Who knows next tym you buggers will made alterations in eatable items/drinks etc. If there is no proper qc process.

Also every tym i have seen that you buggers are charged for extra grams weight. Even if it is 5grams more. Who the hell have witnessed it, that it was 5 gram extra. Is your weighing scale is 100% ok. When you have calibrated it last tym. Next tym whenever you charge for any extra grams, please make video and sent it by mail to us or make a provision that it should be measured at the tym of delivery. Because every time when you had charged for extra, it found less than that at our end.

Please take serious note on the above said issues, and ensure that it should not happen again in future. For extra grams, find out some solutions for it, i do not have trust on your weighing scale. Trolley men vegetable seller are better than you buggers, even they do not charged upto 50gms. And you buggers are charging for extra single grams.
