I am operating net-banking [protected] on 29.02.2016 at. 9.37pm i have received OTP no. 979489 without operating net-banking i have received OTP no. and without enter in the OTP no. against net-banking an amount of Rs.10, 000/- was debited from my net-banking and credited to account of [protected]. I am surprised how an amount of Rs.10, 000/- debited from my net-banking without operation and entry of OTP no. Please clarify.
