I have purchased Ace Wet & Dry Vacuum Cleaner with Blower, 1600W from www.agarolifestyle.com site on June 17, 2021. My order id is[protected].
After lot of calls to customer care, my product got delivered on june 6, 2021. After opening the box, I came to know that the item is fully damaged one and it is not working. I have have contacted their customer care the same day. But they are saying the responsible person will contact me within 24 hours. But no reply from them. I have called them 4 times till now and still they are saying the same and they are not ready to arrange return for my product.
When I googled about this company, I came to know that many people have lost money like this.Please help me in this matter.
