Agarwal Packers & Movers — I am complaining about my consignment delivery from agarwal packers and movers

I am waiting my consignment delivery to chakia bihar booked from vijaywada on 10 november. I got call from agarwal pakers on 18/11/2024 that my consignemnt has reached patna city mentioning that I need to pay the rest amount and then it will be get delivered to the respective address that is chakia town of bihar. I have paid the rest amout on 22/11/2024. Since then I am waiting for the delivery and aggarwal pakers are not receiving my calls...

Sir/Madam I have booked my consignment for shifting house hold goods through Agrawal Packers & Movers, DRS Dilip Road Lines Ltd. from Patna to Kolkata on 03.04.2023 and they have picked up house hold goods on 04.04.2023. There were 19 Items/Boxes. They have charged Rs. 28, 000/- for transportation and the same were delivered in Kolkata after a gap of one week i.e on 16.04.2023 except one valuable box. Agarwal Packers & Movers — one bag missing & since 50 days no resolution

Address: Kanyakumari, TamilNadu

One Trolley bag(which has certificates & decent costly clothes) is missing from the consignment that was delivered by the APML team on 6th April 2024. on the time of delivery it was informed- APML manager said he would get the bag in a weeks time.
Been 50days+ yet the team is not able to give a resolution.
on X (twitter) I have tagged Mr. Ramesh (CMD APML), yet of no use.
Just incase my payment was delayed he would have...
