Sir/Ma'am, I hired Agarwal packers and movers to shift my home appliances from Delhi to Ujjain, at the time of taking order they gave me a rough estimate of approx 19500/- and gave me a quotation as well which supported it. Now they have collected my goods from home and it is in their custody. Now they have sent me a bill through watsapp and asking me to make payment on behalf of it, in the bill the amount is showing Rs 31589, when i asked they said we have done insurance of your goods. I said to them that i dont want any insurance it your responsibility to provide/deliver my goods safely.
Then one of their representative Mr. Satbir gave me his personal account number and asked me deposit Rs. 17000/- in it, i questioned him about the account number as i am Agarwal worldwide packer and movers are renowned name and payment must be deposited in their official account.
Then Mr Satbir very bluntly said to me that your parcels will not be delivered untill you dont deposit money in this account.
Now i am being harrassed by this official, i was not able to sleep whole night, i requested him if you are not giving me company's account number then send my goods i will make cash payment on delivery but that too was ignored by him.
