In January 2021 I bought INcheck device for measuring blood sugar. Copy of invoice attached. This device was bought on the basis that it was no ### blood glucose assessment. I paid Rs. 5999/- for the device. From day one the readings shown by the device did not match my glucometer device readings. This was informed to the company representative, who promised to send updates, to improve the performance of the device. This went on for several months without any improvement. Then in November 2021 their representative Anshi Azad promised to replace the device with their new model MV which was to be launched shortly. Copy of the mail attached. Every time I called them their excuse was the launch was delayed. Finally in May their representative Niharika asked me to send my home address. Since then they have stopped answering my calls and also there is no response from them. I would like the company to either refund my money or replace the present device with their latest device.
