I booked 2 online tickets for robbin hood show 4,.00pm. When i booked online last 2 rows were already blocked. I travelled to watch the movie. Reached there at 3, 30pm. Management suddendly said the show is cancelled. When asked why they claimed only 2 ppl have booked the tickets. But when checked online last 1 rows were full. Manager was so rude and also showed no courtesy. He was behaving as if we made a mistake by booking tickets. Dint apologies as well. We wasted our money in travelling. They dint inform us about cancelling the tickets. No prior info is given. Definitely ags is a fraud company. They cheat people. Heartless staff. I know its waste of complaining here as well.
