I had booked a cab after checking with the customer care about the cab availability.
They had confirmed that the cab will be available and the next day they had cancelled the booking saying no service at my location.
Even after multiple mails and complaints they had not processed the refund for the advance amount which was payed during booking.
It's one of the worst service, they just deduct huge amount as advance payment and later they don't refund also.
