This is to request you that I got an E-Memo for Red Light Violation, but I'm very sure that when I was passing through the traffic signal the green light was on at that time and other vehicles were also passing through the signal along with me. And i m not standing actually i m passing So I definitely got a wrong E-Memo. Please do cancel this memo.
