Ahmedabad Traffic Police — Wrong E Memo issued.

I have been issued wrong e memo for my bike Royal Enfield Himalayan as in memo itself the photos is of activa with other number plate and not my bike, when I called customer care they confirmed that it’s their fault but person stated he doesn’t know how to cancel and didn’t help me. Kindly help now my bike number is GJ0PX0230
