Ail India Management — AIMA Refusing to Refund the Fee I paid for the Program that never started

I enrolled in the PHD program with AIMA (All India Management Association) and AMU (Aligarh Muslim University) in early 2022, paying a total of 120, 950 INR on 29th Jan 2023, 30th Jan 2023, and 31st Jan 2023, along with 3, 000 INR for an exam fee. However, despite my anticipation, the program, scheduled to start in May 2023, did not begin as promised. AIMA informed us that AMU was withdrawing from the partnership but did not provide a clear reason. AIMA has continued to delay the program's commencement, citing legal disputes with AMU. Despite assurances of seeking partnerships with other universities, no progress has been made. I believe it is not right for AIMA to hold our tuition fees under these circumstances. Therefore, I urgently request a refund for the fees paid for a program that has not started. This situation is causing significant distress and uncertainty about my education and future prospects.
