We had a shipment dispatched under Tracking Number[protected] from Mumbai on 09.08.2021 and ETA Kolkata was 14.08.2021. The shipment is yet to be delivered (23.08.2021) and since one week on site its showing "Shipment Delayed" and we have been calling the customer service since a week everyday for same last Complain No. 52943 Dt. 21.08.21, they are just providing complain number for delay deliver and say that they have sent message to Kolkata Hub for urgent deliver. But still we are waiting for the shipment to get delivered and it's cost us due to delay. We had tried calling Local Fedex Office Number[protected], but no one answers the phone it;s cut after the automated message. I need the shipment urgently, what to do???
