Air Asia — About forcing to pay charges for hand baggage

As myself and my daughter was travelling on 17.04.17 from cochin to ranchi via kolkata. We came from cochin by indigo flight and we had to travel from kolkata to ranchi by air asia flight no. I 5 549 on 17.04.17 at about 1550hrs.
When we landed at kolkata airport from cochin and went to the country of air asia for checkin to ranchi then we are carrying two luggage and one hand baggage.
But at counter one of your agent named suhasin bearing no aac0281 has said that we have to pay for the hand baggage which was about 13 kg weight [ which she counted in extra weight ]. We said that when 7 kg are allowed per person and we are two persons & its under the said weight then why we have to pay extra but she said that no we have to pay for 13 kg else plane will take off and she will not give our boarding card, under the mental pressure and threat we have paid 4600 / - for the hand baggage which she counted in extra weight. While travelling from cochin indigo people did not objected but at kolkata the air asia people under the threat and giving mental pressure have taken 4600 / - from us vide aai no 44068 dt.17.04.17.
If this type of act or mental pressure are being given by the air asia people to the travellers then is it very unfortunate part with the air asia. And if such type of act are being allowed to be continue then it will force to go to take legal actions as air asia are facing in ranchi high court in some of the matter.
