I (Santosh nair) hereby finally intimate you on mail about the mishandling of my tv and washing machine done by you, which led to damages worth rs. 40, 000.
Details of my journey and booking of goods through cargo are as under:

The goods were picked up from your premises by my labour on march 5th, 2019 (Next very day).
On receipt of household goods including two tvs/washing machine we called the technician to install the electronic items.
I was astonished to notice that the led of tv was broken and motor of washing machine was damaged due to mishandling, the cost of repairs/replacement of damaged parts is approximately inr 40, 000.
On 6th march, i specially went to cargo and gave a written complaint to the executive sitting on counter with his assurity that i will get a call from your centre and complaint stands registered.
Again on 9th march, when i did not receive any feedback response from you, i talked to the cargo agent in chandigarh and intimated him also on whatsapp along with the photographs of damage done by you.
The packing of the goods was done by professional packers and it was only after inspecting good packing the chandigarh office accepted goods in good condition. Even i had requested them to put a fragile mark on two tvs and washing machine. Moreover, i had furnished a complete list of household goods to be consigned with the goods vide the said booking reference.
Despite all my complaint at call center, agents, written application, whatsapp photos, i have not till date received any response from you.
You are as such requested to respond to this mail in next seven days to refrain me from going to consumer court.
