With reference to the subject matter I Mr. Manan Mahendrabhai Mehta would like to inform that I have booked tickets to Malaysia from India in Feb-2020 Pre-COVID wherein due to COVID all the travels including domestic and international were restricted for which the company provided credit in Air Asia account.
Post which the company viz. Air Asia X Berhad went into restructuring due to heavy losses incurred and was unable to repay its liabilities. Basis the restructuring scheme it has offered all the customers / passengers to have voucher instead of credit account which I haven't received and instead of that my credit account amount of INR 102051 has been expired on 10th Jul 22 and I wasn't informed regarding the same or not even received any mail regarding the same.
I would like to inform that the tickets booked are having PNR Number Q4B2XG (Domestic - Malaysia internal), S8E9FH (Domestic - Malaysia internal), QU85GV (International - India to Malaysia).
