I have tried to book my flight to jaipur from Bangalore on 13th Dec
2014 and I am writing this on FB after 6 days of mental torture by
aisaisa and its customer care executives like JEEVA who made me hold the
phone for approximately 4 hours just to get my money back for a booking
which they never booked and not ever cared to respond to customer for
not booking it. If by luck they pick my
call then they say Our India backened systems are down since 13th and we
are not able to reach. They suggest to reach air asia through askairaisa.com
and chat with them .I tried on 17th Dec and chat was saying please
reach out to us after 16th Dec. So their whole technical system is down
and not reliable and they deducted money from a passenger because may be
their payment gateway was also down. They never cared to reachout to
the customer and when customer called them First they said 1) We have
not got your bookings so raise online complain and we will check 2) When you raised it they say attach your bank transaction details
3) When you attach that they don't get back to you. And when you call
them again after 40 mins of long wait holding phone all you get to
hear that Our India support system is down and we will surely call you
back within 24 hours 4) You wait for 48 hours and finally you call
them back . Again they say our India support system is down and we will
surely call back within 24 hours .And when you say same thing I heard 48
hours back and I want a resolution they keep you on hold for 1 hour
with cc doesn't even care to respond back 5) Finally they say in
next 72 hours your booking will be confirmed which you have tried on
13th Dec 2014. When you say I don't want my booking any more its more
than 8 days and I have booked another flight. All I want is my money
back. They say we cant give you money back . We will confirm your
booking in 72 hours and then you have to raise e-form through our
website to claim back your refund by providing all the details. It will
take 7 working days. I am feeling so helpless and cheated. These
guys are cheaters and doesn't care about customers at all. All they want
to make money using hard earned money of customers. If you have little
shame left then Please respond to this message and make sure that I get
my refund back with no delay. Also hire your customer care executives
with atleast basic knowledge of the system and educate them on how to
deal with customers. I feel so privileged that I have internet and all
the time to spend with these guys else they have made sure that any
other person with no knowledge and access of internet can ever get his

Though within those 48 hours, I was quite worried all the time and I had written mails to some other people also including

I don't know who escalated the refund, the india-support team itself or any one of these. But thankfully I got my money back.
