Few days back, i was checking the flight to bali from jaipur and i found that it was showing rs 0 for value added pack with 20kg baggage allowance, assuming it to be the offer, i quickly proceed with the booking. This is very normal for company like airasia, they keep on running various offers.
I proceed wit the booking, even on next page, it was showing 20kg baggage in my cart, i am attaching its screenshot also. Now as the value added pack was containing only baggage, and i was unable to proceed without selecting the seat. So, i selected the seat with some extra fare. Here, i was confirmed that its some offer for baggage only, and i need to pay for the the seat and i did that. I also added some meals as it's very long journey.
I proceed with the booking, paid the amount. Now when i got the internary i found that it's showing only 7kg baggage allowed. I called the customer care for the confirmation and they sid you have only 7kg cabin baggage. And told me to send the mail.
I wrote the mail and waited and waited but no response and then i keep on messaging them on facebook but no proper awnswer, they took around 10 days to answer ans said it's some technical glitch and now i need to pay extra.
Why would i need to pay, if its their technical glitch. I paid what is shown while booking. Now it's their part to provide that.
