Air Asia Airlines — Refund not processed though they gave the wrong information on flight cancelled

Hi . My name is pawan yadav and i booked a flight for my spouse ankita yadav and kids in airasia in INR 5670 for travel on[protected] [bangalore to jaipur bound flight I51722] scheduled to be around 4:35 p m.When i called up the customer care of airasia on[protected] to check on the flight timings they confirmed me that the flight is cancelled and if i want they can refund the full amount. Since it was urgent i booked next day morning flight [spicejet] for INR 12000 in emergency and then called up airasia customer care again and ask them to start the refund process.They generated a case number CAS[protected]YB31DC for the same.Later after couple of days i received a mail from them saying we cannot refund your amount as you do not meet our refund criteria. When i called up again to check they said flight was never cancelled. i am chasing with them now and also filled an e form, also made multiple calls but they are not ready to refund my amount. They are accepting that they gave me wrong information and are sorry . But they can not give me the money back.Please help me.My PNR Number is LB4GMM .Please help as this is my hard earned money.Thanking you in advance.Pawan yadav
