I was traveling from hyderabad to delhi on 31st march by air asia 15-727. I had 5 bags in my hand due to which i was unable to keep my luggage in the cabin. I requested ms. Sonali j the cabin crew of the flight to help me. I was shocked to hear her response that she was not here to help me in keeping my luggage. I have been traveling all across but never heard of any cabin crew being so rude non cooperative. To my surprise passengers helped me when they saw my hands were full of bags and i was unable to manage but the crew was sure that she will not help me. I also said that this is my first and worst experience traveling by air asia and i will definitely complaint she said do whatever you want to and take my name it would be easy for you. As a customer i am definitely upset and would want the company to take action against the girl. I would have tweeted or posted on fb about the incidence but then thought to put a complaint before going ahead with any social media site. Looking for the revert. Hope i get some updates and my complaint is taken seriously.
