I had booked 3 ticket for 5th apr2018 from bangalore to bhubaneswar.
Due to some personal issue i was again supposed to travel back to bhubaneswar on 19thapr2018.
So called airasia customer care in month of march2018 just for inquiring if i reschedule only one of ticket to 19thapr2018 what will be the extra amount to be paid.
But as customer care provided information the difference amount was too much so i told thanks and not going to reschedule my existing booking on 5thapr.
On 5thapr2018 when i reached airasia counter with my family, was surprised to hear there no pnr what i had booked on there list.
They simply told as pnr is not displaying on system they can not do anything.
After lot discussion they guided to go for new booking and latter on raise this issue with airasia for full refund of this new booking i did on 5thapr.
As early 5am i had no other alternative went for new booking and travelled.
From 5th apr i have logged this issue with airasia and till today there is no concrete solution, since 8days iam calling customer care and they simply not all interested in resolving this issue and dragging it. Lot many times being on call for 1/2hr they simply disconnect, feeling very frustrated with this behaviour and top of that mental pressure they give.
Amount of around 23000/- is i have paid for the travel.
Can any one from this group please help me in resolving this issue and suggest me if i need to do police case against airasia.
Below are my information regarding pnr
Wgyuhb - this was the original booking done before 4months prior departure had paid approximately 6600/-
Fi3ivl-this was new booking done on 5thapr had paid approximately 18000/-
