Hello. My name is Shweta Maheshwary . I had a flight today at 6:35 via Air Asia from Bangalore to Bhubhaneshwar. I had done web check in as well . I was late by 5 minutes for the boarding time. I asked them what could be done. If I could leave my luggage and still go . All I needed was a Hard copy of the boarding pass from their end. They denied me the boarding pass, denied the reschedule and along with that, the quality of the staff sitting were extremely ridiculous. Firstly, they have absolutely no idea how to talk to customers. If a customer is late, they should be given a fair chance to speak. Also, for the redressal of customer grievance, fair options should be given to them. Another thing is that what for do we provide a mobile number? Other companies will start calling you if you havent done your boarding. Because of their inefficiency of handling the customer, I missed my flight today . The flight was at 6:35, and I could have been inside the flight by 6:20 and there would be no delay caused by me. However, they were absolutely ridiculous and no other airways has given me the kind of treatment Air Asia did . I would kindly request you to refund the money that I have had to pay as a result of the inconvenience caused. And I will make sure I spread the word all over social media and make sure I do all the negative marketing a company wouldn't hope for if my issue isn't resolved. Jai Hind.
