Air Asia — complain

Hi sir/madam.my name is shanky tandon.i booked air Asia flight today at 11:10 with my family from delhi to combodia.my mom got sick in morning I called in india air Asia coustmar support. So rude disrespectful peoples.then however in stress I book yes I was going to airport was checking air Asia app.was coming on top close kila 2 air specs from 27 to 31.in stress did not go in deep came back home called again to Coustmar support india same rude bad very disrespectful peoples.i lost so much money 3 time I paid money and get no help.had been travelled with many airline did not have this much bad experience with u have with air Asia india.i am so stress, angry and sad bec of what air Asia done .I wrote complaint and will go all websites till I don't get justies. Thanks.sorry no fault may be from ur side but in india air Asia just rubbish and will go to even court till I don't tech them lession bec of thier behave .somebody senior plz help me.my flight number is d7183.sir really sorry if i talk like this but really I am so upset bec o[censored]r india staff.i paid 3 time 24000 rs rd and I lost all, even I have retrune ticket too witch will get lost too bec o[censored]r staff in india .thanks.
