This is with reference to the flight no. I5 - 736 travelling from pune to delhi on oct 22, 2017 which was re-routed to banglore and was unnecessary delayed at the last minute. The flight was supposed to depart from pune airport at 1:20 am but was delayed for indefinite period of time without giving any genuine reasons for it. When inquired with the team of air asia & other co passengers we came to realise that two flights rushed to bangalore back to back. This is a perfect example of mis management amongst the air asia team.
I had a connecting flight from new delhi to lucknow from different carrier go-air at 5:30 am which i failed to catch. I again booked the ticket from new delhi to lucknow and boarded the flight at 3:30 pm bearing an additional cost of inr 3800.
Just because of the carelessness of air asia team. I was penalised physically, mentally & ofcos financiallt as well.
At pune airport i alongwith other co passengers were assured that as a part of airline policy we would get a refund. However 11 days have passed & still neither an apology nor the refund came in my account.
