I already purchased value pack for my flight. But i cannot choose my seat number for the outbound flight. When i check my itinerary, there were duse in the payment page. I need assist from air asia to resolve my problem.
I'm feel very disappointed with airasia service attitude! I buy my flight on 2016 october from klia2 to seoul and also choose value pack including standard seat and luggage. I'm very sure i've chosen my seat when i buy my flight, but when i check back my travel itinerary only noticed that the seat i choose is not showing in my travel itinerary! So i try to choose it again, when i choose my seat, system ask me to make payment again but i already buy my flight suppose including with a standard seat, so i didn't continue the site, i go to airasia service center at kl centre, they told me maybe is air asia system problem, ask me to fill e-form send to make a report. I have do it twice but after airasia email me my case number, that was no any respond and my problem is still there! My flight departure time is on 2017 october 29, i heard that airasia have a livechat service can solve problem immediately so i do livechat, when i typing my case problem,the staff send me a site say if change seat need payment then direct leave our livechat! My point is i'm not apply for replacement my seat, i'm choosing my seat because airasia system problem! My value pack standard seat is still empty there!
