Air Asia — damaged baggage handle

This was my first time travel with air asia and was travelling from bangalore to kolkata on 28th dec 2018 when i self checked in my luggage, everything was fine. But when i received my luggage at kolkata airport, i saw the handle of my suitcase was completely broken and one of the string inside the trolley handle was not there at all. I had a personal emergency at home and i had to leave the airport. After i boarded the taxi, it was so difficult to carry the luggage without handle.
I did not expect this kind of service from airlines. Now, i need a complete refund of my loss. Such a pathetic and sad experience i had.
