I had booked my ticket from bagdogra to delhi on 31/10/21.flight number I5 712...time 8.50 a.m...pnr number Q77ZSA..I had booked my baggage on priority receipt number Q77Z25A-02..when I landed I asked the service guy regarding the priority baggage he told me I will get it on belt 6..I waited for 1 hour n I couldn't get my bag n then baggage of other airlines started coming.i ran from pillar to put to find the person handling baggage of air asia..then I finally managed to meet the manager mr.sunil on duty..he said that bcoz your tag was not there on the bag so it impounded in the office.i asked him to arrange for handing over my bag he said u go n get it.i told him I have a meeting n requested him to fasten the procedure he was very rude rather than being apologetic.. I told him will the airlines pay for the priority baggage .I booked the priority baggage as I had to rush for my important meeting .he told me airlines is not responsible. Is the airlines not responsible for putting the tag or for priority baggage. I told him I will go to the complaint forum he said do what u want to do?will the airlines be responsible for the loss of deal in my business which I lost?I suffered a loss of 3 lac rupees.
