Airasia flight ak62

In kolkata international airport (Ccu). The airasia ground staff ordered me show them my funds for my travel or else they wont issue my boarding pass despite having a valid visa on my international passport (India). Since i was not comfortable to expose my cash due to privacy and safety reason (Because the airline wont compensate me if my cash gets stolen somehow), i refused to show them my funds. Then the staff called the manager and the manager was very rude and started harassing me and threatened me to cancel my ticket. Finally i had to expose my cash in public (Which was us dollars mostly and some inr). Then he refused to issue my boarding pass saying that you have to change it to myr at least 1600 rm from the only money changer in the airport (Because in indian airports, passengers are not allowed to exit the airport once they are in). Finally i had to change my dollars in rm and then i was issued my boarding pass.
I just also want to know that is there any rule or law by airasia which mentions that all passengers for malaysia must carry 1600 rm minimum to obtain a boarding pass or else they would be denied boarding pass. And that they also have to count their ringgits in public in front of airasia check-in staff on the counter and show the forex bill registered on the passengers' name.
