Booked a flight with Air Asia and had to cancel it due to medical reason. Called and got cancelled two different PNRs, agent informed that there would be a deduction of total 1500 INR however, INR 3000 was deducted. On calling them, they say that nothing can be done, agent may have misinformed and that is not air Asia's fault, rather the agent's fault. On asking to check the recording and to escalate the issue, Supervisor MANJUNATH said that it cannot be done over the phone but I have to fill and E form from the website and would get a call within 48 Hrs. No callback received for 25 days.

On calling again the Supervisor SUNIL KRISHNA said that things could have been escalated over the phone, E form was not the only/mandatory option. Sunil as a person is very rude. He refused to give the information that he provided over the call on email, which is hard to believe as every company can send an email as a reply to a complaint.
Hung up the call on me saying that my voice was not clear. Called back again the person said that SUNIL is not in office, again disconnected my call. Called back again and then Asked for Sunil. Sunil spoke to me, how can he be back in office in next 5 mins. Sunil told that he has already escalated the case to Padma- Escalation level manager. after 20 mins on same call, asks my number saying that he is escalating it now.
