On 3.08.2018 i5-591 my flight was there that night it was heavy rainfall and i was fully wet and i was asked for the help many times to crew members but they didn't help me out and i was entered late in airport only 50 mints was there to departure the flight and unfortunately my cell phone was got switched off and i was too wet and forget to take the printout of my ticket and i was came to the counter and i was asked for help like any thing but directly the lady told me that i can't help you out her name is miss. Jolly hazra and was a another guy he also told me the same thing his name is mr. Abhiroop chakraborty and i told many times that can u open my mail id so i can get the printout from here but they it can't be possible to give the printout from here we can't open anybody's personal mail id even we are also not opening that and there is a camera over here so we can't do that sorry told by miss jolly hazra and i was waiting for some time but she told me that the boarding gate is closed, even after she don't know how to talk and how to behave with the guest if some body in emergencies, i am also a hotelier and i know very well how to behave with the guests and i think she don't know that she should some hospitality institute to learn how to behave with the customers she even don't bothered that somebody is missing his flight but then also no response from miss jolly hazra and air asia gives like this services i saw in my life first time such a bad services given to me by your crew members and after i was requested many times that can you swift me in another flight if any charges i have to pay i will pay it but she told me you have to book the fresh ticket and i have booked the ticket for next day morning flight at 10.20 am and saw that your some crew staff is using the facebook in the system but they can't help the customer but they can use the facebook right nice very nice service i got from your crew members and on next day morning when i reached early in airport i have went for the x-ray at 7.45 there also they have mis behaved with me.
I saw indigo and some other flights is far better than your services and i never recommend to any body to travel in air asia such a pathetic services is given by your crew members.
