To who so ever concerned,
I and my wife were supposed to get on a plane from denpasar to kuala lumpur on 2nd march at 4:05 on flight qz 556 which was supposed to depart from gate 6b according to the departure screens. It was 3:30 pm and they did not start boarding yet. The boarding pass says that gate closes 30 mins before departure and they did not start boarding yet. At the last moment they changed the gate from 6b to 6a. To all our shock they did not inform us. A page would have been enough. But these hopeless officials considered making us and a few others with us miss our flight. We reached the gate at 4:05 after so much hassle and to our surprise they offloaded our luggage before the departure time. We could see the bus leaving in front o[censored]s. They did not even try to help us. Instead they took our passports and went through immigration and kicked us out to the check-in counter. This is just poor service from air asia officials and the rudeness on their faces was just so intimidating. Because of that we missed all of our connecting flights. We had to book everything from start and last minute tickets are so expensive. I have been traveling for a while now and this was the first and worst accident i have had to go through. It caused me to stay for an extra 45 hrs to reach my destination. Stupid officials. I mean how can they be so inconsiderate and on top of that they don't understand english most of the time they just keep nodding their heads. I thought maybe it's me but noooo, they were mostly very inhospitable. Very very horrifying experience for me and my wife and that too on our # honeymoon. I want my refund for both the flights. If not i will have to take further actions. Hopefully noone else has to go through this. Was this information helpful? |
