Dear sir
Me and my family traveled (4 tickets)on Air Asia TRV/BLR 31Aug 1400lt Dep under PNR BJJ8WL, we checked in with 5 pcs of bag contained all clothes and personnel belongings, All bags tagged under my mother’s name OMANA GEORGE, while we reached Bangalore airport it is noticed that my suitcase lock is broken and come out with a Major Damage as all sides are broken and it is totally not repairable .I immediately informed the Airport customer service staff of Air Asia Ms Aneka, i made her understand as the suitcase is very new and hardly used as the plastic coatings are still there, she took pictures and informed me, she will talk to supervisor and will compensate for my loss, she created the attached DPR and forwarded me to Air Asia Supervisor Steven, i informed and showed the damage and he offered me INR500 as compensate, as i bought the suitcase 2 months back for INR 15000, i denied the offer .
Later I filed a claim with Air Asia, the customer service team replied to me I denied the offer of INR500, so that was the maximum they can give so they are helpless and without my feedback or concern they closed my case
It was totally irresponsible attitude from airline as they don’t care …whatever you want to…you do!!!Nobody can question them!!!
Kindly look into the matter and do needful
