Air Asia — my ticket booking number pvgiyf which i want to be put in my credit account

I want my ticket between kolkata-delhi (Booking number pvgiyf) to be put into my credit account. Since it is for my mother and registered with my email id, i am not able to create another big member id for her as the email is already registered for my ticket. I have explained it to your team but i keep on getting the same email from them. Please look into the issue and please try and put the ticket into my big member id. I am attaching the email correspondence together with my replies.

As i had mentioned in my previous email, this ticket (Booking number pvgiyf) for mrs reena sen is for my mother, which i had bought with my credit card and with my email id ([protected]@gmail.com). Therefore, when i am trying to create a big member id for her with the same email id, your system is rejecting it, saying that this email id is already registered. Therefore, i request you to credit this ticket into my big member id number [protected]. I am feeling harassed that you are not understanding the issue despite my email to you previously. I hope you do the needful at the earliest.

You can credit it into my big member account under my mother's name (Reena sen) so that only she can use it when she travels next, if that seems easier for you.
