Though I have booked in the name o[censored]ma Ramamurthy, system took name as Ms Ramamuthy Narsingarao and I was not noticed at the time of booking. I have noticed this during web check -in and immediately informed both Air Asia and Goibbo. Goibbo and Aisr Asia informed that it is not acceptable and need to re book a new ticket. As it is urgent, I have booked a fresh ticket for the same flight and the booking details are
