Me and my wife was two of the passengers from kochi to hyderabad vide ticket pnr numer is mncyud on boarding the captain has announced that there is no air conditioning system in the aircraft and the air conditioning system is not working and we have to fly as it was. The air craft authorities have charged full amount in addition they compelled to fly in a faulty aircraft which amounts to a big harassment to the on boarders. The air line has to ask apology to the passengers and some part of the amount the have to return to all the passengers for their mistake
