I am very sad. Let me write with a lot of heartaches now that i had to choose
Air asia (Flt no 15- 1129) for my trip along with my wife to kochi on yesterday, 7th october 2019. I had to go through your air craft for the trip and faced a very bad situation.in fact my seat (No:8a), which i had pre booked, was occupied by someone else. I had the fate of travelling to kochi in a seat which i had not booked and it was not a window-side seat. I had paid extra money to air asia to allow the window-side seat i was interested in online ticket booking time. I complained to responsible cabin crew members before the departure, but no one turned to me for help. They were deliberately acting like busy. I was getting smaller in front of the public when i argued for my seat. Then i had to sit in another seat which i had not booked for my trip to kochi. I am sure, your company has been betraying me for this one reason. So i urge you to return the excess money that you have received from my hand as soon as possible.in addition, you may consider the fact that your crew members have only caused my indignity.
