Air Asia — not responding to refund claim for flight cancelled by air asia - pnr jtdzji

I am unable to get thru to their call centre and their online-chat keeps giving stupid and unrelated responses to my queries.

Since the flight has been cancelled by air asia themselves, i seek full refund for the two tickets booked thru easemytrip. Easemytrip is not providing me proof that airlines have refused refund.
