Alawys given excuses for nor refunding the double payment made due to Airasia error in payment gateway off Rs1895/- on 31st October 2014 for above PNR no; CCQHSG. Wilful negligence by AirAsia staff since over 3 weeks, giving frivolous excuses for not refunding, inspite of submitting documentary evidence of Bank Statement and complying with formalities of submitting E-Form.

Updated by ABRAH Callous and Indifferent Customer Service from Air Asia. Do not inform customers about flight delays till the very last moment.
Treating customers very rudely by Call Centre Agents .

Definitely not an Airline dependable for Customer Service
