Its very sad not note, you don't have a " humans for right interaction" and left all to some software which never helps out. Ref. my name and conact no registered you can track the same, the fligts are cancelled due to lockdown and by defaulty i should get the returns in airasia big acount, but till now it is showing " no value added".

Kindly resolve out this so i can use the value. I am tired of your unprofessional approach and may lead to consumer complaint.
