Air Asia — Refund due to cancellation

Flight date: 24/05/2022
Passengers Name: Phivos Valougeorgis and Chloe Berrettoni
Flight info: Lombok - Kolkata (LOP - KUL - CCU)
Tickets price: 348, 43 EUR

Flight cancelled the 15/05/2022. We asked for total refund but the AVA chat does not let us open a refund case. We have tried to reach them many times but they always respond with automatic mails. We do not want a credit account since we will not travel in Asia in the next years.

Please help.
