Air asia has kept hold of my money for no reason.
We booked the ticket and money got deducted but did not recieve any ticket confirmation.
Called customer care in india and was informed to book again and money will be reimbursed.
Booked second time and again money got dected but no ticket.
After some time i got both the tickets. Attaching my bank statement to show money deducted.

I already spoke to different customer care executives and they informed me its already escalated to higher management and i will be getting refund soon and now i'm being told to do all this again.
Air asia's intention is only to rob me off the money. Their are rejecting my claim or closing the complaint without resolving it. The customer support is playing around and passing time with my calls and making a fool out of me by making me register complaints again and again.
I confirmed with the customer care agent after first booking and she informed me its not booked and she told me to book again. I hope the call recording is done.
